Sherrie is an experienced Assisted Living Administrator and Certified Trainer for the Teepa Snow Positive Approach to Care (PAC). Her expert memory care training includes but is not limited to dementia support, regulatory compliance, and individualized assisted living business strategies. Sherrie is an active member of the Colorado Assisted Living Association (CALA) and the Colorado Placement and Referral Alliance (CoPRA), serving on the Government Relations committee for both organizations. A trusted regulation expert and active Colorado legislative advocate for senior living, Sherrie is dedicated to empowering care teams with innovative, practical, compassionate, and compliant approaches to resident care.
